For store owners who do their own buying
Stop finding out a supplier order is late when the shelf is already empty.
You buy from dozens of brands and you're the one chasing all of them. OnOrder's AI agent, Sully, watches every purchase order you place, follows up with suppliers in your voice, and tells you before a late order costs you a sale.
Works with Shopify purchase orders · Any supplier that takes email · Never touches your customer orders
Your store has two kinds of orders
Customer orders
- Your store
- pick, pack, ship
- shopper
Shopify and your shipping apps already handle these. OnOrder never touches them.
Purchase orders
THIS IS ONORDER- Supplier
- ship date, shipping, delivery
- your shelf
The stock you buy from brands. Nobody tracks these today, so Sully does.
Who it's for
You run the store. You also do all the buying.
OnOrder is built for independent shops that carry 20 to 100 outside brands, where the owner or one buyer places every order. If most of these sound familiar, Sully is for you.
- You have 40 brands and one inbox.
- You're on the floor all day, and supplier email waits until 10pm.
- You've found out an order was late because a customer asked.
- Every rep has a different portal, lead time and way of saying "soon".
- You've let a short shipment slide because chasing it wasn't worth an hour.
- Your PO tracker is a spreadsheet, your memory, or both.
Your problem · 01
Ship dates slip, and nobody tells you.
The rep said Oct 3. It quietly became Oct 12. You find out when a customer asks for the beanies and the shelf is bare.
Sully watches every order and speaks up the moment one slips.
Every purchase order you create in Shopify is tracked from placed to received. You only hear from Sully when something changes, on your phone or in the app, and it always comes with a plan.
- Tracks every PO automatically from Shopify
- Alerts you when a date slips or a supplier goes quiet
- Stays silent when everything is on track
Your problem · 02
Chasing 40 suppliers is a part-time job.
"Any update on our order?" Forty times a season, from the person who also runs the floor, buys the stock and does payroll.
Sully follows up for you, in your voice, and reads every reply.
Sully emails each supplier for confirmations and ship dates, signed as your store in the tone you choose. Every email and reply is logged on the order, so you can always see what was said.
- Sends confirmations and nudges on its own
- Writes warm, brief or firm, your call
- Uses its own address, never your inbox
Your problem · 03
Not every late order matters, but you can't tell which.
Five orders are late. Two will empty a shelf this week, three won't matter. Working out which means digging through Shopify one SKU at a time.
Sully checks your Shopify stock and sales to rank what is urgent.
Every slip is weighed against what you have on hand and how fast it sells. The orders that will cost you a sale go to the top, with a fix ready to go.
- Days of stock left for every late item
- Partial-ship requests drafted for you
- The rest are handled quietly
Your problem · 04
Quoted lead times are fiction.
Every supplier says 10 days. Some mean 16, some mean 21 in Q4. You only learn which by getting burned.
Sully learns how each supplier really behaves.
From every order, Sully tracks real lead times, on-time rates and how fast each rep replies. Then it tells you when to order so the stock lands on time.
- Real lead time vs. quoted, per brand
- On-time rate and reply speed
- Reminders to order early from slow brands
Your problem · 05Coming with Penny
Short boxes and wrong invoices get absorbed.
Four candles missing, one line billed $1.50 over. It's small every time, so it never gets chased. Across a year it adds up.
Sully checks each delivery against the PO and invoice.
Snap the packing slip and Sully finds what is short or mispriced, updates the received counts in Shopify, and drafts the credit request.
- Line-by-line check of every delivery
- Received counts written back to Shopify
- Credit requests drafted and tracked
Your problem · 06
Letting software email your suppliers feels risky.
These relationships took years to build. One bad email to a rep can cost more than a late order.
You decide what Sully does alone. It earns the rest.
Routine follow-ups run on their own. Anything about money, dates or cancelling waits for your OK. Tell Sully a rule once and it remembers. It never touches your customers, pricing or storefront.
- Approve, edit or skip every draft
- Choose per action: Ask, Tell me or Quiet
- Every rule is visible and editable
Your problem · 07
When your buyer leaves, everything they knew leaves too.
Which rep answers, who always ships short, when to order holiday stock. It lives in one person's head and inbox. A new hire starts from zero, and so do you after a busy season.
Sully's memory belongs to your store, and it lasts.
Every email, reply, delivery and rule is kept in OnOrder, not in someone's inbox. People come and go. The knowledge stays, and anyone you add can ask Sully on day one.
- New buyers get briefed by Sully on day one
- Every supplier's history in one place, for years
- Yours to export anytime. It moves with you, not with an employee

Questions
Does Sully need access to my email?
No. Sully has its own address and reads purchase orders straight from Shopify. Suppliers reply to Sully, and you're copied whenever you want to be.
Will my suppliers know it's an assistant?
Sully signs as your store, in the tone you choose. You can also turn on a line that says it's an automated assistant. Either way, replies can always reach you.
What if a supplier only takes orders by phone or a portal?
Sully works best with suppliers that use email. For portal brands it tracks the PO and reminds you to check. Reading supplier portals directly is on the roadmap.
What happens to everything Sully knows if someone leaves?
Nothing is lost. Sully's memory belongs to your store account, not to a person. Add or remove teammates anytime, and export all your supplier history whenever you like.
Can Sully place or cancel orders on its own?
Not unless you say so. By default, anything involving money, dates or cancelling waits for your OK. You decide what Sully handles alone.
